Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Liability
Let’s Dream is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, strikes, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at letsdream.club@gmail.com with photos. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
