Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your Let’s Dream Kit with confidence. However, due to the personal nature of our product and the inclusion of food items, our return policy is limited.

Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted if the kit is unopened, unused, and the tamper-evident seal is fully intact.

  • Because each kit contains an edible item (fortune cookie), any opened or unsealed package cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened kits, used items, or products with a broken seal.

  • Gift cards, discounted, or promotional items (final sale).

Condition of return

  • Returned items must be in original packaging, undamaged, with all contents included.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return parcels.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at letsdream.club@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Chargebacks & disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly at letsdream.club@gmail.com regarding any issue before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute.

Governing law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
